OUR KEY BELIEFS...

Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that diversity is something to be both celebrated and respected. However, reciting differences alone is not sufficient to alter the continuing inequality in the world. Therefore, our approach includes helping  youth, families, and professionals that work with them, understand their own power in their personal, interpersonal relationships, institutional systems, and  their beliefs. By addressing these key issues together, we teach each other to value our own diversity and  that of  others. We challenge reductive and simplifying beliefs, what we call "isms", in order to gain a comprehensive perspective that guides effective personal, professional, and global transformation.
